Two years agao, After --Never Give Up on Customer Development--. I final got the feedback email from Mr Samuli.

He sent his first watch inquiry of his wooden watch collection. After some talking, we started our sample production. Two months later, we have started our first mass production. During 2 years working. we always keep a very good business relationship. For me, I thank them. Thanks for their trust and kind patience. They are one of our stars customers.
