Since there are different levels of customers who have different perception about the furniture maintenance,the material between hotel furniture and home furniture is different.

2.For hotel furniture,the water-proof and moisture performance should be good.In the hotel bedroom,the bathroom and guest room are always close.The wet towel,steam and seasonal change could cause the furniture distortion,shed of the banded edge,which will hurt the image of the hotel and has a negative influence on hotel occupancy rate.

The Difference On Maintenance

Compared with home furniture, hotel furniture is difficult to maintain.For home furniture, the house owner generally care about his own property and very careful to take care of the furniture and can wax the furniture time to time.But for hotel furniture,the cleaning work is massive and difficult to wax furniture often.In addition, if waxing furniture without cleaning furniture well,waxing possibly make the surface vague with lower definition.And once waxing,it will be more difficult to repair the damaged furniture.For example, it will be difficult to add color and paining on the furniture.
